My Story
I’m Jessica Kinzle, and I’m a woman who knows what it feels like to wonder, “What’s next for me?”
I got sober in 2017 after years of using alcohol and drugs to cope with a life that had taught me how to survive, but not necessarily how to thrive.
“I got sober, got clear, found myself, found my voice, and decided I wasn't going to spend the rest of my life living according to the limitations of my past.”
Sobriety gave me something I hadn't had before: clarity.
And with that clarity came a realization that changed everything.
I didn't want to spend the second half of my life simply existing.
I wanted to know who I was. What I wanted. What I was capable of. What mattered to me.
So I started doing the work.
I read the books. I asked the hard questions. I worked through my beliefs. I learned my strengths. I learned boundaries. I found my voice.
And eventually, I stopped asking, “What should I do?”
And started asking, “What do I want?”
That question changed the trajectory of my life.
Today, I haven't clocked into a traditional job in years. I've built businesses, led people, reinvented myself, taken risks, and created a life that actually feels like mine.
I never felt I quite fit into the corporate world. I spent years trying to find my place, before landing in the nursing space and then moving into property management, and after becoming sober, I transitioned into real estate, where I built my own business and became a broker and owner. Along the way, I faced difficult decisions, stepped outside my comfort zone, challenged limiting beliefs, uncovered blind spots I couldn't see alone, and learned to keep moving forward even when the path wasn't always clear.
Those experiences are a big part of why I became a coach.
I believe women are capable of far more than they sometimes allow themselves to believe. And I don't believe coaching is about someone telling you what to do or giving you all the answers. You are the expert on your life. You are in the driver's seat. My job is to help you see what you may not be seeing, ask the questions that create clarity, challenge the thinking that may be keeping you stuck, and help you turn insight into action.
Whether you are new to sobriety, considering a career change, pursuing a promotion, building a business, stepping into leadership, rebuilding your confidence, setting boundaries, navigating a major transition, or simply feeling that deep-down pull that says “there has to be more”—that's where I want to meet you.
I’m currently completing my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with the goal of continuing my professional development toward my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ultimately my Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. Coaching is something I take seriously, and I’m committed to continually growing my skills so I can provide women with thoughtful, intentional, and effective coaching.
My style is practical, honest, encouraging, and sometimes a little uncomfortable—in the best way. I’m not here to fix you, because I don't believe you're broken. I'm here to walk alongside you while you figure out what you really want, what's getting in the way, and what you're willing to do about it.
Because your next level doesn't require you to become someone else.
It requires you to become more fully who you were capable of being all along.
